Fully certified through the State of Illinois Supportive Living program, Heritage Woods of Moline is especially designed for those who cannot afford private pay assisted living.

Heritage Woods of Moline combines the benefits of residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance, support services and opportunities for residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in activities and special events.

Studio and one-bedroom floor plans are available, with each apartment featuring a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, and emergency response system.

Certified nurses assistances are on-duty round-the-clock to provide the personal assistance needed by residents. They work under the direction of the community’s licensed nursing staff.
